"Everyone is very helpful" at this "convenient" Uptown spot from the "excellent" front desk staff to the "accommodating" housekeeping; but the rest is "fairly unremarkable" report reviewers who find "old and outdated" rooms and baths, food that's "not the greatest", a parking garage that's "too far from the lobby" and "a lot of highway noise" from some quarters.

Excellent front desk customer service, they truly met every need and expectation without hesitation.
The rooms were very small and a tad outdated.

Great location and Marriott has some of the best customer service around. I arrived late, room was ready and the front desk behaved as they were expecting me. I needed extra towels and wine glasses and they arrived in moments need. I also requested a late check out and they gave me the time of my choice without any hesitation. Parking garage was very dimly lit.

Overall, good quality for price. I do not like extra charges for Internet access. The only drawback was the lighting in the parking garage was poor at best.

Great staff and quiet rooms (no hall noise or noise spill over from other rooms).
Small rooms, worn out decor in rooms (to the point that I couldn't tell if stained or just old), due to construction hard to find entrance.

Great staff, good for short business stays though be prepared for worn decor and guessing if items are dirty or just very old. There is construction going on, so it is better to take next exit up and u-turn under freeway to access entrance rather than follow direction/address listed or else you will need to drive around block. Also, be aware hotel shares parking with office building that is connected to hotel, so keep to left when coming in to access hotel. ...read more

The room, bathroom was simply not upto par for a Marriott. It's more like a motel 6.

It stinks. Motel 6 would be a better option. Spoiled my vacation.
